She was responsible for the accurate and complete Transfer of more than 1,000 real estate assets from the Panama Canal Comision to the Panama Canal Authority.

Built the Panama Real Estate Property Due Diligence Framework around the lifetime legal expertise of the Principal.
Fernando received his MBA from Louisiana State University specializing in Internal Audit and obtained his bachelor's degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
He has 15 years of experience doing Legal Public Registry Research.
